Goodbye Office. 
Moved some wiring & patched some holes. Removed carpet & painted ceiling/walls.
Staining the oak base-boards. The lines already on the floor are from the staining of the original base-boards in 1968. Before Burke's Dad was born.
Installing the laminate flooring.
Loving the floor. We are so done with carpet and the germs/dirt it holds.
Preparing the wall for the world map mural. Abe, Rachel, & Stu installed the map in a few hours. Pretty easy really.

ReplyDeleteRachel, just you wait! I get tears just thinking about bringing home our first baby. The world will never be the same and your life will never be the same. This baby will change your lives in so many ways and for the better. You will live for him. Trust me from the moment you meet him, he will own your heart, have you completely wrapped around his little fingers. Bieng a mother, a parent, has brought a whole new purpose to my life. Sharing your life now with this new little one will forever be the most important, gratifying, and fulfilling experience! I can't even describe it, but you will realize here in the next few weeks exactly what I'm trying to say. I'm so happy for you guys! You're ready! And you are going to be fantastic parents!!
